 Case 1 - Manufacturing sector

Client profile -  Global brand for reliable hardware Solutions. Operates on an international scale with prestigious business associates worldwide. 

Project: Build production set up for new products. Develop and implement Go-to-Market plan PAN India

 

Challenge: Client had strong desire to start new production line but facing challenges in creating end to end business strategy for new business line.

 

Approach: Prepare business case with focus on market trends, competition, and market size. Done Gap analysis and prepare business strategy. Also design Go-to- Market plan. Areas to focus – Design, Production, Quality, Marketing & Sales, and Services.

 

Outcome: Customer accepted the suggestions and created team to work with consultant. Based on GAP analysis, plug the weak areas and capitalise on strong areas. Selected right manufacturing technology and establish the manufacturing plant in India. Done pilot product and testing with authorities. First product is ready to roll out as per schedule. Work is in progress for other areas as per business strategy

Case 2 - Education sector

Clinet Profile - Leading institute of management development & research.   Location - Mumbai

Project  : Develop knowledge testing tools for MBA students


Challenge: Develop tools to assess the learning level of students from marketing, finance and other streams, for various management subjects of MBA programme.

 

Approach: Use field experience from marketing & sales, business strategy, logical thinking, retail, services, rural diversity, and supply chain management to create application oriented test banks using MCQ pattern for conducting examination and self-learning purpose.

 

Outcome: Created test bank of 5000+questions for 15 subjects. Prepared presentations and summary sheets for many management subjects.

Case 3 - Service sector

Client profile - Technology products and services company with rich domain expertise in design and engineering disciplines for intelligent buildings and IT Networking services, electronic identification business

Project: Establish business division for banking automation solutions


Challenge: Client wanted to diversify in HW system integration business with focus on banking vertical. Lack of knowhow from the banking industry.

 

Approach: Done SWOT analysis for the customer. Identify areas to be focused from banking operations.  Design Go-to-Market plan for division. Identify vendors to supply automation solutions. Design and develop various processes including vendor management, key account management, order management and payment collection.

 

Outcome: Established banking automation division with focus on teller operations and self service area. Recruited sales team. Selected solution partners including  AGS, Forbes, Godrej and others. Created website and design sales kit. Provided sales training. Client bagged first order from leading PSU bank.
